Family Model
Family Model Residential Support allows individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities to live in a family-like setting, with a host or foster family.
Supported Living
Our Direct Support Professionals provide medical and non-medical support, and assist with the everyday activities of daily living to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in their homes. Supported living addresses the desires, goals, strengths, abilities, needs, health, safety, and life span issues of persons usually living in their own homes.
Personal Care Assistance
We offer personalized assistance with daily activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our clients.
Respite Services
Respite services provide temporary relief for primary caregivers by offering care for individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Community Integration Supports
These services provide flexible, individualized support for employment and community integration, including job coaching and skills training.

Guy Care Service uses the following fundamental service principles to guide service delivery for persons with disabilities and youth.
